INFRASTRUCTURE
With December coming to a close, Villago’s set to enter 2007 with a whole new face! The community has come a long way over the past few months, with nearly all the landscaping now complete, and the remainder set to wrap up by the end of January. Just finishing touches remain on many of Villago’s arterial roads, allowing our contractors to shift their focus to beautifying the regional park at the north end of the property and landscaping the pocket parks located within the parcels.

Villago’s entries are also looking beautiful this winter. The final two entry monuments, located at the Ocean View entrance off of Pinal Avenue, were recently completed. Paver installation is also complete in Villago’s infrastructure, giving the community a more polished, complete feel.

With project contractor AAA working at a rapid pace, each day brings Villago closer to the beautiful community of parks, trees, lakes and neighborhood amenities that we’ve envisioned.

ONSITE
The pocket parks within Villago’s parcels have received extra attention lately, and are now nearly ready for families to enjoy them! Soft landscaping is complete, and benches and barbecues have been installed. Basketball courts are also in the works, with the hoops scheduled to go up shortly – just in time for spring’s great outdoor weather!

Nearly all the streetlights within Villago’s parcels are also lit, making the community an inviting place around the clock. The final electrical installation should be completed shortly.

As we celebrate the New Year, we look forward to even more progress at Villago in 2007. We hope you’ll be a part of this community as it evolves into a vibrant, beautiful place to live.

One of the best things about making your home at Villago is that you're right next door to a small city filled with old-fashioned charm and lots of fascinating history. Founded in 1879, Casa Grande was named after the nearby Hohokam Indian ruins. Today, Casa Grande still has that special small-town feel, along with a community of friendly people who are proud of their low crime rate and affordable taxes. Casa Grande offers all the essentials, with everything from outlet malls to major department stores, great dining establishments, and two top-quality hospitals – all just minutes away from your Villago home. And with a school under construction that will be open for the upcoming school year, your kids will be able to walk to school. Working parents will really appreciate the city's two daycare centers for their youngsters. And there's always something to do here – play golf, catch a movie, go bowling, or have a picnic in one of the city's 18 parks. It's everything you could want to live a “grande” life in a relaxed, friendly, small-town setting.
