INFRASTRUCTURE
Landscaping continues throughout Villago, making the community more beautiful each day. With lakes and water features completed, as well as perennial rye grass and other greenery being installed throughout the property, everything – from Villago’s friendly entrance to the rolling hills surrounding its lakes – is starting to look lush and ready for outdoor recreation!
In addition to landscaping, granite has also been installed in the community, adding an upscale touch. Lighting continues throughout the property, with the palm trees in the median along Lakeside Boulevard now nearly all illuminated. The pedestrian bridge should be completed shortly, adding another pleasing visual element to the community, as well as a fun new way for residents to travel through Villago.
Finally, the Villago signs have been installed at each entrance, giving visitors a friendly welcome to the community. These entrances are now illuminated from dusk to dawn, so it’s easy to find Villago any time of day!
ONSITE
Construction is booming at Villago! In addition to the more than 200 new homes currently under construction, a neighborhood school is also in the works. The school is scheduled to open in August, just in time for the 2007 school year! And because it’s located right in the neighborhood – just steps from Villago’s beautiful homes – your children will be able to easily walk to class.
Retail shops are also in the works at Villago. In the northeast corner of this friendly community, you’ll soon find a Fry’s Marketplace, Chase Bank, UPS Store, Subway, a nail salon, and other convenient shops and restaurants – all scheduled to open in early 2008, and all within walking distance of your new home, making it easy to live a laid-back, family-friendly lifestyle.
A second retail area is also under construction at Villago. In the southwest corner of the property, Tutor Time Child Care and Learning Center, Walgreen’s, and Wells Fargo Bank are all under construction. This section of retail shops is scheduled to open in mid 2008.
Amid all this construction, we’re also bringing our acres of parks and open space to life. Playgrounds and ramadas are nearing completion, and most of them are already open for use. Our enormous City Park is also opening soon, creating another great place for family fun and recreation.
OFFSITE
With so much going on inside Villago, we’ve also worked to improve the community’s exterior this month. The Ocean View entrance is now paved, and striping of the entrance has begun – making it easier for homeowners and visitors to get in and out of the community, and helping to beautify the entire site.
