INFRASTRUCTURE
Villago’s landscaping got a major facelift this month, with everything from water features to trees and shrubs now installed around the property. Perennial rye grass is beginning to grow around all of Villago’s lakes, and Mondel pines, Chinese elms and acacias now line Lakeside Boulevard. Pacific Aquascapes accepted the waterfalls at the end of September, adding a truly unique look to Villago.

Along with Villago’s inviting landscaping, the rest of the community’s infrastructure is also progressing at a rapid pace. Both the entry tower and the pedestrian bridge at the lakes are virtually complete. Streetlights have been installed throughout the infrastructure, collectors and arterial streets, allowing streets to be illuminated from dusk through dawn. Common-area lights should be installed within the next few weeks as well.

With the entire infrastructure energized, a majority of the meters have been set as well. In the coming weeks, benches will also be installed in the common areas, adding another inviting element to the property.

ONSITE
Playground equipment for the tot lots is currently being installed and ramadas are under construction in Villago’s many planned parks. The city has walked through all the parcels, and their requirements are currently being satisfied. Removal and replacement of concrete throughout the property is nearing completion as well.

OFFSITE
The Oceanview entrance is looking more and more finished with storm drain, curb and gutter installation all complete. Paving will begin shortly at this entrance. Meanwhile, the Pinal Avenue entrance looks stunning with the recent completion of a beautiful water feature.

One of the best things about making your home at Villago is that you're right next door to a small city filled with old-fashioned charm and lots of fascinating history. Founded in 1879, Casa Grande was named after the nearby Hohokam Indian ruins. Today, Casa Grande still has that special small-town feel, along with a community of friendly people who are proud of their low crime rate and affordable taxes. Casa Grande offers all the essentials, with everything from outlet malls to major department stores, great dining establishments, and two top-quality hospitals – all just minutes away from your Villago home. And with a school under construction that will be open for the upcoming school year, your kids will be able to walk to school. Working parents will really appreciate the city's two daycare centers for their youngsters. And there's always something to do here – play golf, catch a movie, go bowling, or have a picnic in one of the city's 18 parks. It's everything you could want to live a “grande” life in a relaxed, friendly, small-town setting.

Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or own a home today, everyone could use more information that could save time and money when purchasing a new home. Villago has made a special
commitment to keep our future homebuyers up-to-date with the latest industry information to help make your experience as rewarding as possible.

Although what’s inside your new home is important, there’s more to choosing a home than floorplans and options. In fact, the amenities outside your home may be as important as those on the inside. That’s why deciding what type of community fits your lifestyle is a crucial part of shopping for your new home.

If you have children, find out about parks and playgrounds, community events, and how far away schools will be from your new home. For physically active homeowners, you’ll want to ask about jogging and biking paths, as well as fitness centers and pools for you to stay in shape year-round. And for those who commute, there’s more to think about than pure mileage. Ask yourself whether there are convenient freeways or highways from your new home to your workplace, and what the traffic will be like on your new route. Most of all, remember that the feel of a community is one of the most important aspects of choosing a home. Envision yourself getting to know your neighbors, celebrating the holidays, and raising your family there – then start choosing carpet and cabinets.
